It's not that hard...I just traced my bottom half on a newspaper and leaving a seam allowance I cut it out of the stretch fabric. Always use stretch..I tried with a non stretch and I ended up with my tail at my ankles at a con >//> The bottom parts I just cut out a large flipper shape and cut them into squiggles leaving them together at the top where I sewed it to the tail :3

Beautiful shot as well as spot to shoot this in as always where your photographer took this at. And I love the new look to your cosplay, especially the seashells to the bra end of it. It really adds to it ^^
I wonder what looks you would get if you were to ever try and do shots of this at a Beach -shrug- Just a thought if you ever decide to do more shots sometime
